A familiar face in the Boyertown community, Dr. Elizabeth Timberlake-Newell, Esq. has joined E. Kenneth Nyce Law Office.
A graduate of Boyertown Area High School, Elizabeth remains deeply connected to the area she calls home. She focuses her practice primarily on estate planning and estate administration, assisting clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and navigating the probate process. She also advises on child support matters on a limited basis and provides legal support to small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including contract drafting and review, trademark applications and renewals, and compliance matters.
Elizabeth brings a uniquely diverse professional background to her legal practice, with prior experience as a historian, educator, journalist, and nonprofit executive director. She earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and holds advanced degrees in history from the University of Glasgow and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.
